1. Services

Jacinth Solutions Pty Ltd provides AI Growth Operating System installation, audit, optimisation and consulting services for businesses. The scope of services for each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Webinars and Free Training

Registration for free webinars and training sessions is subject to availability. We reserve the right to change dates, times or content at any time. Registration does not guarantee a spot if capacity is reached.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for paid services are agreed in writing before work begins. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the systems and infrastructure installed in their business. Jacinth Solutions retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates and methodologies used during delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on implementation quality, market conditions and ongoing execution.
