Are your ads still paying for themselves?
Once a week, enter what you spent and what happened to the leads. The dashboard shows your all-in cost per client over the last 4 weeks against your own break-even and target, so you can see whether your ads are still paying for themselves.
About 2 minutes a week. Start from your break-even in the Ad Profit Calculator, or type it in below.

Questions about the dashboard
What does the Acquisition Dashboard track?
Each week (or month) you enter ad spend, other acquisition costs, new leads, calls booked, calls held, new clients, new cash collected, new contracted revenue and refunds. It works out cost per lead, cost per booked call, show rate, close rate on calls held, all-in cost per client and cash MER, over the last 4 weeks and against the 4 weeks before.
Where are my numbers stored?
Only in this browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to us and there's no account. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, it's gone, so use Export CSV to keep a copy and Import CSV to bring it back.
How does it decide the verdict?
It looks at the last 4 weeks. Too early to tell means fewer than 5 new clients, or less history than your typical days from lead to sale. Losing money means your all-in cost per client is above your break-even. Paying for itself means the cash gross profit from new clients already covers the spend. Profitable means you're under break-even but still waiting on some of the cash.
Why are the colours based on my targets?
Green means at or better than your own target, amber means between your target and your break-even (or short of an optional target), and red means worse than your break-even. The dashboard doesn't compare you with other businesses or industry averages.
Why is there a table by the week the leads came in?
Sales often land days or weeks after the lead. Counting clients against the week their leads arrived stops recent weeks looking worse than they are. Update a week's clients and cash from those leads as they buy.
How does it work with the Ad Profit Calculator?
Track this weekly in the calculator brings your break-even and target cost per client across. Re-diagnose here sends your last 4 weeks back into the calculator, treated as one month, so you can test what-ifs.
This dashboard shows estimates worked out only from the numbers you enter. It is not a promise of results and it isn't financial or tax advice. All amounts are meant to be AUD excluding GST. Check the results against your own accounts.
